For all those who are curious to know. . .
What inspired me to start this blog?
Well, it goes back to when I was twelve years old.
I was daydreaming instead of working on memorizing terms for my Civics homework, and I was thinking so hard about Kirby and how there seemed to be more males than females in the games (this was back before I knew the Kirby: Right Back at Ya! anime existed). So I figured, “I’ll come up with my own character for Kirby and put her in it.” I knew I wanted it to be a girl since there were too many boys. I chose my character’s build and design to be a black-and-white, green-eyed Malamute husky, since I love huskies for their strength and stamina.
So Starmonia was born. Her name wasn’t easy to create, since I kept considering names and dumping them. Either they were too long, too short, too boring, too weird, or whatnot. Eventually I selected the name Starmonia, and it stuck.
Next came the writing of my books. They weren’t so great, now that I look back and really think about the layout of my stories. After a few months of coming up with ideas for a few books, I found the anime, and a whole new set of ideas was born into my brain. I spent the next few years creating, planning, designing, rewriting, deleting, and editing each book, and to this day am still doing so.
